Report: PM suggested to Obama, Kerry that Egypt give Palestinians parts of Sinai

In 2014, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly proposed a different kind of two-state solution, whereby Egypt would be persuaded to give up land in Sinai for the Palestinians, allowing Israel to annex West Bank settlements.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu proposed a peace plan to the Obama administration whereby Egypt would hand over parts of the Sinai Peninsula to the Palestinians, Israeli daily Haaretz reported on Thursday.
